Day by Day Itinerary

➤ Day 1: Machame Gate (1,800m) → Machame Camp (3,000m)

Start your trek at Machame Gate. Hike through lush rainforest with giant ferns and moss-covered trees. Reach Machame Camp for the first night. Duration: 6–7 hours.

➤ Day 2: Machame Camp → Shira Camp (3,840m)

Ascend through moorland, passing valleys and ridges to reach Shira Plateau. Enjoy the panoramic views and acclimatize. Duration: 4–6 hours.

➤ Day 3: Shira Camp → Lava Tower (4,630m) → Barranco Camp (3,960m)
